How long does a Zact deployment take? +
Most bank deployments are completed within six months, including integration, configuration, branding, testing, and production readiness. A pilot program can typically be launched in about three months, depending on scope and the bank’s review and approval process.
Do we keep the interchange and deposits? +
Deposits stay with the bank, and Zact is designed to help banks retain more of the economics of their commercial relationships. Interchange and program economics are structured to align with the bank’s deployment model and objectives.
Where does our data live? +
Your data is securely hosted in-region and logically isolated by tenant. Zact does not commingle bank data. Our security and compliance controls align with FFIEC guidance, SOC 2 Type II, and PCI DSS requirements, and we support your vendor risk and security review process.
Does Zact replace our core or card processor? +
No. Zact works with your existing infrastructure and integrates across leading card processors and core platforms. We sit above your current stack, adding the modern software and client experience layer without requiring you to replace what already works.
Can we start with one product? +
Yes. Banks can start with the Zact product that best fits their immediate needs and add additional capabilities over time. Each deployment can be scoped independently while remaining part of the same integrated platform.
